Chun Soo Kim

Chun Soo Kim was born 1981, in Seoul, Korea. He received his BFA from Chung Ang university in Photography and is achieving his MFA at Glasgow School of Art. He lives and works in Glasgow.

Statement

My most recent work is a series of digitally manipulated photographs of ‘terror spots’ – ordinary places in the UK that became infamous after particular terrorist actions. These include Manchester city centre, a suburban street in Lockerbie and certain locations in London, and so on.
