Statement
‘The question is; do I know who you are, do you know who I am, do we care about each other? Because if we do… together we can turn the world around.’
Harry Belafonte, The Muppet Show
Working within the media of sculpture and video, I utilise an aesthetic language of humour, pathos and childishness. In my work I explore hierarchies, YouTube and puppets, aiming to dismantle the problematic relationship between pop and art.
