Almost like a scientific examination, Xu’s art comes in varies form of meticulously crafted ‘makings’. Carefully placed on stands or clinically laid out like test objects awaiting analysis which they happen to be identified as a recordence of secular events arranged in sequences.

He is a spill-blood artist ; a young art practioner traverses along multicultural studies of Myth on the basis of facts and fiction. An endless investigation reexamines a ritualistic process of collating memories in ‘state-of-mind’. They were time-based nature observations ambiguously magnified in a process life-cycle, albeit alchemically enthralled.

These were fond memories of past and present, which then after revolved into metaphysical test-out objects. Subsequently, the natives termed these ‘makings’ as – “Myth-Makings”.
